Rottenburger Jahrbuch für Kirchengeschichte
The name of the Yearbook has been deliberately chosen as a programmatic position. It delineates origin and institutional roots in its title: It is a "Rottenburg Yearbook" but does not want to confine the history of the church to the boundaries of the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart. Therefore it is not a Yearbook "for Rottenburg Church History" but a Yearbook for "Church History".
As a publication of the Historical Association of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart the Yearbook publishes scholarly papers which in part derive from the annual study sessions the Historical Association organises in collaboration with the Academy of the Diocese at the Weingarten Convention Home. Further contributions (essays, working papers, sources, short critical appraisals) and reviews complement to the volume. The Yearbook is available in print at bookshops or directly with the publisher; members of the Historical Association receive free copies.
Tables of content since volume 1 (1982) can be found here: https://www.gv-drs.de/index.php?id=21.
Up to the last but one of the recent number the Yearbook is also available online via the Publication Repository of the Tübingen University Library.
