The "Middle German Yearbook for Culture and History" deals with Middle German contributions to the all-German and European culture.
The Middle German Yearbook for Culture and History [Mitteldeutsches Jahrbuch für Kultur und Geschichte] targets a wider culturally interested audience, while at the same time maintaining the formal and content-related characteristics of a scholarly journal. It contains an article section, a report section, a section on remembrance days as well as reviews.
The articles identify German and European cultural phenomena and cultural achievements in architecture, visual arts, theatre, music, literature, science, collections, preservation of monuments, cultural promotion and conservation, using the regional example of Middle Germany.
